Transactivation of TFs in response to TG and TM treatment. The cells were transfected with different reporter vectors for 16 h, and treated with TG or TM respectively for 0 h (no treatment), 6 h, 8 h and 16 h The cells then were lysed and subjected to luciferase assay.
