Isolating S/P cells from LNCaP cell line. (A) Flow cytometry isolation of S/P (1.5%) and non S/P (98.5%) cells. Cells were grown in regular RPMI medium containing 5% of FBS (cells of passage number less than 3 were used for all experiments). (B) Morphology of sorted S/P cells.
