A and B: SDS-PAGE of membrane protein of Oac mutants. Proteins were subjected to Western immunoblotting using anti-PhoA antisera primary antibodies and anti-mouse IgG HRP conjugated secondary antibodies. Approximately 10 μg of protein was loaded in a 10% SDS-PAGE gel. B2012 is the positive control, B1790 is the negative control. The Molecular mass marker used was the PageRulerTM prestained protein ladder (Fermentas). The 91 kDa Oac-PhoA-LacZα protein band is indicated.
