Purification of SRC3 from HeLa cell nuclear extracts. (A) Purification scheme for the SRC3 protein (B) Western blot analysis following affinity purification of SRC3. The SRC3-containing gel filtration fractions were pooled and passed through an IgG immunoaffinity column or an αSRC3 immunoaffinity column; FT: flowthrough fraction. A 10 μl aliquot of the purified proteins were separated by SDS-PAGE gel and western blotting was performed using α SRC3 antibody.
