Ca2+-binding to endonuclein. Binding of Ca2+ was measured in 150 mM KCl, 50 mM Hepes, pH 7.4 at 37°C with the rate dialysis procedure [45]. The data were fitted to the Scatchard equation and the analysis was in agreement with a model consisting of two independent sites (n = 1.94) each with the dissociation constant kD = 238 ΌM.
