Surface plasmon resonance analysis of the binding of proteins to endonuclein. Endonuclein was immobilized to a sensor chip and the on and off rates for ligand binding were recorded on a BIAcore 2000. The recorded sensorgrams show binding of 1 ÎŒM of pregnancy specific ÎČ-1 glycoprotein, 5 ÎŒM recombinant TIP-1 as fusion peptide with glutathion S-transferase (GST-TIP-1), 1 ÎŒM BiP and 1 ÎŒM of pure glutathion S-transferase (GST) as a control. Interaction with endonuclein was verified with all proteins except GST which revealed no detectable binding.
