Quantitative Real Time-PCR analysis of 8988 t cells of c-Fos. PaTu 8988 t cells are divided into four groups followed by isolation of their mRNA. 1) Untreated control, 2) Cells treated with Ionomycin 1 h previously, 3) Cells, in which Sp1 is repressed with RNA interference, and 4) Cells, stimulated with siRNA for Sp1 and additionally with Ionomycin for 1 h. The relative mRNA expression of c-Fos is determined by means of qRT-PCR. Data are presented as mean ± SD. The t-test was used for statistical evaluation of the data. P values of < 0.05 were considered statistically significant
