DcR3 secretion in HUVECs is regulated by the NF-κB signalling pathway. P38MAPK inhibitor SB203580, JNK1/2 inhibitor SP600125 and NF-κB inhibitor PDTC were used to study the pathways involved inDcR3 secretion.
