DcR3 changes at both mRNA and protein levels following stimulation with LPS, LTA or Zymosan. DcR3 in HUVECs were increased following treatment with10 μg/mL LPS, 500 ng/mL LTA and 1000 μg/mL zymosan for 12 h, compared with controls.
