GAH protects PC12 cell death as determined by flow cytometric analyses. The cells were treated with 500 μM of hydrogen peroxide for 24 h, labeled with propidium iodide, and analyzed by flow cytometry. The upper image shows data from flow cytometric analyses. PI is shown as log fluorescence. The lower graphs show the percentage of dead cells in each experiment. All data are shown as mean ± SE of three independent experiments (p < 0.05)
