Cross-linking of 4 μM CaATP-G-actin and TGase pretreated CaATP-G-actin (TG-G-actin) with 4.5 μM Fl-histatin-3 and Fl-histatin-5 by 0.3 mg/ml TGase at 22 °C for 30 min. Preparation of TG-G-actin: 108 μM CaATP-G-actin was incubated with 4 mg/ml TGase at 4 °C for 24 h. After cross-linking samples were run on SDS-PAGE and evaluated by densitometry.
