Tpr Co-Elutes with H1 Variants on Size Exclusion Column. Soluble whole cell extracts of U2OS cells expressing 6 × His - tagged H1.1 (a), H1.2 (b) or H1x (c) were resolved by gel filtration chromatography (Superose 6). Fractions (indicated by numbers at top of gels) were precipitated with 20 % w/v TCA, then resolved by SDS-PAGE gel, and visualized by immunoblotting with anti-Tpr or anti-His antibodies
