Post-operative serum SIRPA concentration from 54 patients using Cusabio SIRPA ELISA kit. Patients were grouped into no ventriculotomy (n = 28), myectomy (n = 14), ventriculotomy (n = 7) and non-cardiac surgery i.e. liver and renal transplants as negative controls (n = 6).
