Gel filtration of SNTI on Sephadex G100. One hundred ten milligram of lyophilized preparation was applied to the Sephadex G-100 column 2 × 80 cm in 0.1 M phosphate buffer pH 7.6 and eluted with the same buffer. 2 ml fractions were collected at a flow rate of 12 ml per hour. The protein was monitored at 280 nm. Protease inhibitory activity was followed using BAPNA as the substrate
