Binding of human GAS1 to RET. A) A binding curve of GAS1 to ecRET. Purified human GAS1 shows clear ligand independent binding to ecRET. Binding was measured with a concentration series of 2 μM, 4 μM, 8 μM and 16 μM, 24 μM and 32 μM. The dissociation constant (K d) was obtained based on the equilibrium (R eq) values at different concentration from two independent experiments with a K d  = 12.2 ± 8.2. B) The biacore sensograms for GAS1 binding (in response units, RU) to RET at different concentrations (as above).
