ANS binding to CaM and CaM (3TnC) by isothermal titration calorimetry. A solution of 50 μM CaM (A) or CaM(3TnC) (B) were titrated with 5 mM ANS at 25°C in the presence of Ca2+. The ITC data were fit with a “one set of sites” model as described in the Experimental section. The values from the fitting are shown in Table 1.
