Rat liver mitochondria were treated with KSCN at various concentrations. 0.1 unit of hexokinase was rebound on 4.5 mg mitochondria at total volume of 1.00 ml and incubated for 30 minute on ice in the presence of MgCl₂ (3 mM). The percentage of rebound enzyme was evaluated by the activity rebounded on mitochondria which was assayed according to Methods.
