  1. Rebinding of 0.016 U of rat brain hexokinase to mitochondria previously treated sequentially with 2 mM G6P/45 mM KSCN, and in the reverse order, was carried out. An amount of mitochondrial suspension corresponding to 1 mg protein was used in a total volume of 500 μL in all cases. Values shown are means ± S.E. of at least 3 determinations.
