Dephosphorylation of eEF2 after T cell activation. T cells were activated with αCD3 and αCD28 for the indicated times. 80 μg of protein was analyzed by SDS-PAGE and Western blotting. Phosphorylation of eEF2 was detected using a phospho-specific antibody (eEF2-P). ERK2 was detected as a loading control. Similar results were obtained in three experiments.
