A, B, 293 T cells were transfected with GLUC or dNGLUC and supernatants were collected after 24 h. 10 μL of supernatant were mixed in 90 μL of PBS, or PBS/1% SDS at room temperature or in 90 μl PBS incubated at 95°C for 5 min before analysis.
