  1. A Amino substitutions encoded by limited diversity codon sets. For LCDRs 1 – 3: BMT (D5-Lib-I), or tailored codon sets listed in Table 2 (D5-Lib-II); for HCDR3 in all libraries: DVK. Nucleotide degeneracies: M = A/C, B = C/G/T, D = A/G/T, V = A/C/G, K = G/T.
