  1. Assays were performed in presence of 200 μM of AdoCbl and 400 μM of MMCoA. Incubation was conducted at 37°C for 30 min. The amounts of protein used in the assays were 40 μg. Specific activities (SA) are expressed as nmoles of succinyl-CoA/min/mg protein. Standard deviation (SD) and coefficients of variation (CV%) are also presented.
