  1. The post-process stability study used 66 μg of protein over 30 min of incubation at 37°C in presence of 200 μM of AdoCbl and 400 μM of MMCoA. The quality control (Qc) study used four concentrations of the standard succinyl-CoA. The calculated accuracies varied from 85% to 104%.
