Dd PNGase shares sequence homology with known peptide: N-glycanase. (A) Schematic representation of conserved domain architecture of PNGase orthologs from various species and the putative Dd PNGase. (B) Protein sequences described in (A) and that of human were used to create an unrooted phylogenetic neigbour- joining dendogram showing bootstrap values out of 1000. It was constructed using PHYLIP. Dd PNGase is grouped a significant number of times (946 out of 1000) with known N. gruberi PNGase.
