The results are expressed as nmol Pi released over time and the average of two independent analyses conducted in triplicate. Error bars represent the standard error of the mean. (B) Michaelis-Menten plots of enzyme velocity demonstrating the effect of varying AMP (upper panel) or ADP (lower panel) concentration as shown. Curve fitting using nonlinear regression was performed using GraphPad Prism5 software. The results are expressed as average μmol Pi released/min/mg protein and error bars represent the standard error of the mean. Data is representative of two independent analyses conducted in triplicate.
