The enhanced precursor ion spectrum (A) and CID fragmentation spectrum of the peptide that resolved at m/z 464.4 ([M+2H]2+), indicated by the asterisk in panel A, is shown (B). The partial y-ion and b-ion series visible in the fragmentation spectrum are indicated, and the y6 and b8 peaks, representing terminal lysine residues shifted by an additional 42 Da, indicated by asterisks.
