The TRIM5α-21R and LLER proteins were incubated at 37°C with a 1:150 (weight/weight) solution of trypsin in 25 mM bicarbonate buffer, pH 8 for the indicated times. The reaction was stopped by adding soybean trypsin inhibitor (STI) and the reaction mixtures were boiled in Laemmli buffer. The mixtures were then analyzed by SDS-PAGE and the gels were stained with Coomassie Blue.Back to article page
