Immunoblot analysis of VEGF 165 binding to immobilized PlnDI. PlnDI, undigested or pre-digested with a heparinase cocktail +/- chondroitinase ABC were immobilized on nitrocellulose and incubated with VEGF165. Bound VEGF165 was detected with VEGF specific monoclonal antibodies. Horizontal bars represent the densitometric scanning of slots outlined in rectangular boxes.
