  1. The experiments were performed according to the binding characteristics of F1 and F2 peptides to the glutathione Sepharose 4B beads. The concentrations of bound and free peptides were determined following separation of the binding complexes by centrifugation, and the free peptide concentration in the supernatant was detected by the Lowry method.
