IUPred [30] (top panels) and FoldIndex [29] (lower panels) were used for disorder predictions of full-length atToc132 (A) and atToc159 (B). The amino acid numbers of the A-, G- and M- domain boundaries are indicated. The regions predicted to be disordered are shaded in dark grey.
