Ratio of GRLN-LP to the β-actin gene is shown in the bottom. The values represent the means (± SD) of two different stingrays. Representative gel views obtained after 30 amplification cycles are displayed under each graph. The first and last two lanes contain the 100-bp ladder and the positive control in which PCR product of 1000-copies plasmid DNA standard finished by 35 amplification cycles.
