hNaa10p-V5 and hNaa11p-V5 co-immunoprecipitate hNaa16p-FLAG. (A) HeLa cells were transfected with phNAA10-V5 and phNAA16-FLAG as indicated and the cell lysates were immunoprecipitated (IP) with anti-V5 or unspecific control antibodies. The immunoprecipitates and lysate controls were analyzed by SDS-PAGE and Western blotting using anti-FLAG and anti-V5 antibodies. The amount of the lysate loaded on the gel represents approximately 20% of the material used for IP. Results are representative of three independent experiments.
